Responsibility:

• Work with business team and define detail business & functional specifications for projects & enhancement

• Provide support to local business of B2B/SMK systems.• Analyze and identify root cause, action plans, and resolution to issues.

• Produce Business Object reports with requirements from local business.

• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures

• Communicates design and technical specifications to development team

• Ensure compliance for required IT policy for the new application

RequirementQualifications/Requirements：

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or information systems or related discipline

• 2-3 years of IT support maintenance or Business analysis role with a focus on Business Object or first level of support.

• Strong Communication and coordination skills, flexible to handle different situations.

• Able to quickly learn legacy system through training, user manual and self-study.

• Ability to analyze, design, implements and maintain IT applicationsDesired Characteristics

• Technology experience in a majority of the following: Datablase : oracle, JAVA: hibernate, struts,Eclipse POI, spring, OS: shell script.

• Strong analytical skills; Can communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing SOFT SKILLS:• Self-motivation, tenacity and strong integrity.

• Quick learner.

• High level of energy, self-confidence, and enthusiasm with ability to work well with all levels within an organization.

• High level of professionalism.

• Strong customer-centricity; strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

• Working experience with virtual team in different time zone.

• Proficient in English reading and writing.
